Tokyo Sushi & Grill in Aschaffenburg

Terrible Service. Was told it would be a hour wait almost waited two hours and still we had to wait another 45 mins just to get seated. maybe stop seating people and putting peoples name, so you aren’t overbooked.

Lied to & made wait out in the cold. You are NOT able to place a reservation over the phone. We had waited for over an hour & all they would say is “waiting for tables to clear” and refused to give me an ETA. The kids behind the counter don’t know what they’re doing & don’t care. Extremely slow service. Missing rolls. More waiting. You’ll loose your appetite before the food ever gets to you. Save yourself the frustration & time & go to another one of the many sushi places here in Reno.

Called to set a reservation due to Covid-19 regulations and they refused to set one. They said I had to show in person to set a reservation. What? That kinda defeats the whole purpose. When I said it doesn't make sense they even agreed with me but said their boss only allows in person reservation. Seriously? You want me to show up now to set a reservation for a couple hours later? Horrible customer service

Great all you can eat. I think they could step it up on ambience. It is kinda of a 10th date place, not a first if that makes sense. Lol

Good sushi and great people there. It was our first time going and we didn't know how to order and they just came by and helped out on how to order what we would like to eat. Pretty nice of them.

Been here a couple of times now, all you cant eat. The food is very pleasing. Ive had the chance to try all of the appetizers and... id say close to half of the rolls so far. From what ive had, most of their rolls are sweet/soothing, but ive found 2 spicy rolls that really hit nice. Atmosphere is pleasant, their servers are quick to clear your table when a plate is empty, and their rolls are fairly big, which is a shame because i want to try more per visit before getting full. Going to Plumb lane has a lot of sushi competition, but this will be a place i fall back on. I know it will be a nice meal

Everything is delicious and served timely. The rice is balanced with the roll instead of overwhelming it. They have all of the classics and some unique rolls as well. All in all, this is our new favorite spot for sushi!

After Hirobas, Tokyo Sushi is my serving favorite all you can eat sushi restaurant. The mussels are outstanding and I had a roll with pineapple in it that was fantastic. I wish Mochi ice cream cake with it and, except for last time, the service was fantastic. The cooks are outstanding, the lunch process are reasonable and the only downside is parking and the typical 30+ minute wait. But with it.

The food was great, the service was excellent. There was a problem with the coming billing that took some time and several phone calls to straighten out (charge posted to account for more than approved.) Otherwise, definitely 5 stars. It did get corrected, it was just weird. Also, they sat customers 1 table apart, so kudos for that!

First time coming here and everything was great! Service was great, they were really fast and the sushi was delicious. We'll definitely be coming back!

The food is always amazing, I've never had an issue with their service or food. Their sushi always hits the spot, the all you can eat is reasonably priced compared to other places. My all time favorite sushi place.

The sushi here is just right not to much rice not to little we love the fact that you don’t get full off the first 2 rolls. The appetizers that I personally love is the fried jalapeños and calamari along with the fried mussels. He flavor is not overwhelming and sits just right. Will keep coming back.
